Proposal Development Award

This program helps nonprofit, community-based service organizations develop proposals to seek funding for health care projects.

It offers awards up to $3,500 to help nonprofits with the development of new grant proposals. Nonprofits can use these funds to develop proposals for public agencies or private, community or corporate foundations.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Michigan-based nonprofit community organizations. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan employees and their immediate family members are ineligible. Employees of any BCBSM affiliate and their immediate family members also are ineligible.

Already-completed proposals are not eligible for funding.

Award funds are restricted to proposal development costs, such as technical assistance, freelance proposal writers and related proposal development costs.

We accept applications at any time.
