It's important to pick a Medicare Advantage plan that's part of a network of doctors and hospitals available where you live. Doing so will help you save money on your health care costs.

You can use these maps to see the service area for each of our networks.

Medicare Plus Blue^SM  network

All of our PPO network plans are available to residents who live in any Michigan county at least six months of the year.
