Where can I find a pharmacy in my network?

Who is this for?

If you need to fill a prescription, we'll help you find a pharmacy in your network so you can save on costs.

Using a network pharmacy* is important. You’ll pay more for your prescription drugs if you go to an out-of-network pharmacy. When you're a Medicare Advantage or Prescription BlueSM PDP member, you have access to 96.8%** of pharmacies in Michigan.

Online pharmacy directory

Our online pharmacy directory is updated more often than our printed directories, so it's the best way to see if a pharmacy is in your plan's network.

Just enter your ZIP code to see network pharmacies near you. It's a good idea to call the pharmacy first to make sure they're still in our network.

If you’re already a member, you can log in to your online account to use the pharmacy directory. Don't have an account? Sign up here.

Find a preferred pharmacy

Did you know that you can save on prescriptions by going to a preferred pharmacy for your 30-day and 90-day prescriptions?

The preferred network includes independent and chain pharmacies such as Costco, Kroger, Meijer, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Walmart. Learn more about preferred pharmacies.

Ask your local pharmacy

Are you new to Medicare? Did you change your Medicare plan? If you already have a pharmacy that's filled your prescriptions in the past, give them a call. Tell them the name of your new plan and ask them if they're in our network. It's a good idea to do this before you need a prescription filled.

Want to save money? If your pharmacy is in our network, ask them if they're a preferred pharmacy. That means your copay may be lower for a 30-day or 90-day supply.

Using a mail-order pharmacy

You can get prescriptions delivered to your home through Optum Rx® and AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy Service. This option is available with all our Medicare Advantage and Prescription Blue PDP plans. How can I get mail-order prescription services? explains how to get started.

Tip: Going on vacation outside of Michigan? Have a business trip planned? Be prepared in case you need to visit the pharmacy by reading How can I get my prescription filled when traveling?

* The pharmacy network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary.
